Advocacy Joining the AMCA will bring you
up to speed on critical information that is necessary
to operate your business.
Based on the AMCA’s principles, we are the conduit
of opportunities, an advocate and liaison for
minority contractors. The AMCA actively monitors
the government affairs of agencies and administrations
mandated with providing opportunities to
assist in the healthy growth and/or expansion of
Minority Women owned Business Enterprises. We proactively work
with policymakers, legislators, majority associations,
major corporations and others on behalf of the
concerns of our members. We frequently
participate in the State Legislature, with County Supervisors
and City Councils to testify, actively promote, and educate lawmakers on the impact of
proposed legislation on minority contractors. |
